Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Terminate Leases and Prepare Notices.
Where to find it
End lease → Serious problems or safety.
Steps
- Tick the reasons: Impaired the safety of another person, Wilful damage to the rental unit or residential complex, the residential-use reason, or Substantial interference in a building of 3 units or fewer.
- Add the details, then create, sign and serve.
What happens next
Done notes "You must file an L2 application within 30 days of the termination date."
