How do I give an N6 for an illegal act (Ontario)?

Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Terminate Leases and Prepare Notices.
Where to find it
End lease → Illegal act.
Steps
- Under Which applies?, choose Drug-related illegal act, Other illegal act or Misrepresented income (rent-geared-to-income unit).
- Enter the incident details. For "Other illegal act", tick the earlier-N5 box only if it applies (an earlier N6 doesn't count).
- Create, sign and serve.
What happens next
Termination date: 10 days after deemed receipt for a drug-related act; otherwise 20 days (14 with an earlier N5).
