How do I give an N13 for demolition, renovation or conversion (Ontario)?

Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Terminate Leases and Prepare Notices.
Where to find it
End lease → Demolition or major renovation.
Steps
- Choose Reason: Demolish the unit, Repair or renovate the unit or Convert the unit to non-residential use.
- Enter Units in the residential complex, Work planned and Details of the work.
- Choose Necessary building permits: I have obtained the necessary permits, I will obtain the necessary permits or No permits are necessary for this work.
- Create, sign and serve.
What happens next
Termination date: the last day of the month at least 120 days out, or the term end if later. Done notes the compensation or alternative unit owed.
Troubleshooting
An older N12 or N13 draft whose printed date is before the term end is refused at serve ("...Prepare the notice again so it names the term end date, then serve it.").
