How do I find and filter maintenance requests?

ForLandlordsProperty managers

Who can do this

Landlord; Organization users with View Maintenance Requests.

Where to find it

Side nav → Maintenance Request

Steps

  1. Open Maintenance Request. The page title is Maintenance Requests.
  2. Use the quick chips to narrow by status: All, Pending, In Progress, Completed (Completed shows Closed requests).
  3. For more filters, select Filters. You can filter by Status, Urgency, Date (a start and end date, matched against the creation date) and Category, and switch Archive between Active and Archived. Apply the filters. The Filters button shows a count of the filters in use.
  4. To change the order, select the sort button next to Filters and choose New to old (the default) or Old to new.
  5. Use the footer to page through results and to set 10, 25 or 50 rows per page.
  6. Select a row to open the request.

What happens next

Each row shows the category icon, an urgency and category badge (Emergency in red, High priority in orange, Routine in green), the subject, the unit and address (or "Property unavailable" if the property was archived or deleted), the date, and a status badge. Your filter and sort choices are kept in the page address, so a reload or a shared link keeps them.

Good to know

  • With New to old, rows on each page are grouped by urgency (Emergency first, newest first within each group). Old to new is strict date order.
  • On a phone, the Add Request quick action button opens the same form as Add request.
  • Tenants don't get the sort control.

Troubleshooting

  • "No maintenance requests match" with a Clear filters button means filters are hiding everything. Select Clear filters.
  • A request that is "missing" is often archived. Check Filters → Archive → Archived.
