How do I fill in "Tell us about you"?

Where to find it

Tell us about you ("This helps us set up your account and stay in touch.").

Steps

  1. Enter First name, Last name and Phone Number.
  2. Check Country. Kera fills it in from your location; change it if it's wrong.
  3. Click Continue.

What happens next

Which describes you best? opens.

Good to know

Country sets the billing currency: Canada shows CAD prices, the United States shows USD.

Troubleshooting

  • "First name is required", "Last name is required", "Phone number is required" or "Country is required": fill in the field.
  • "Sign in again to continue" ("Your session ended, so your details weren't saved."): sign in again; Kera returns you to this screen.
  • "Couldn't save your details": try again.
