ForLandlordsProperty managers
Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Terminate Leases and Prepare Notices.
Where to find it
End lease on the lease.
Steps
- Yukon: every landlord notice is uploaded; each card links the Yukon forms. Cards: Tenant hasn't paid rent (after a notice of unpaid rent, which you give outside Kera), Cause (after a notice to correct, which Kera can write, or "Not needed"), Landlord or close family moving in, Purchaser moving in, Renovation or repair, Change of use or demolition, Condominium conversion, Subsidized unit, Employment has ended, Both parties agree.
- Northwest Territories: 10-day notice and Only residence or subsidized housing are uploaded. Unpaid rent, landlord use or demolition needs an application to a Rental Officer; record it (document optional).
- Nunavut: 10-day notice and Only residence are uploaded. Landlord use, purchaser or demolition is recorded.
- Both parties agree in each.
Limits
Kera never emails notices in the Northwest Territories or Nunavut. Nunavut service is hand or registered mail only.
