How do I create a property tag?

Who can do this
Landlord; Organization users with Manage Tags (default Admin only).
Where to find it
Settings → Tags ("Create tags to organize and filter your lists.").
Steps
- Make sure the Properties pill is selected.
- Click New tag. A draft row appears ("Name your new tag").
- Type the name and press Enter (or click away).
What happens next
The tag is created with a Count of 0. You can now apply it to properties and filter the Properties list by it (see the Properties chapter).
Limits
Tag names are up to 30 characters and must be unique; descriptions up to 120 characters. Only property tags are available: the Leases, Tenants and Owners pills are disabled. New tag is disabled while a draft is open. A blank draft is discarded.
Troubleshooting
Name is required; Name must be 30 characters or less; A tag with this name already exists.
