How do I create a Kera account with my email?

Kera creates the account and opens Tell us about you, the first onboarding screen. A "Verify your email for Kera" email arrives with a Verify email button. Signing up means you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked under the button. Kera also sends a welcome email ("Welcome to Kera – Let's Get Started!") and may follow up with a few setup tips emails over the next weeks.

The sign-up form asks only for email and password. Your name, phone and country come on the next screen.

• "Email is required", "Enter a valid email" or "Password is required": fill in the missing field.
• "Password must be at least 8 characters long": use a longer password.
• "Choose a stronger password.": pick a less common password.
• "An account already exists with this email. Log in instead.": this email already has a Kera login. Click Log in. and sign in, or reset the password.
• "Couldn't create your account": the account couldn't be finished. Try again. If it keeps happening, contact Kera support (support@getkera.com).
