How do I connect my payout account from the setup hub?

Who can do this

Landlords and Organization admins.

Where to find it

Setup hub → Set up rent payments → Connect my account.

Steps

  1. Click Connect my account. Stripe's secure account setup opens.
  2. Complete Stripe's steps.

What happens next

Stripe returns you to the setup hub. When Stripe has enabled payouts, the tile shows "Payout account connected".

Good to know

Skip this tile if you track rent by hand for now. You can connect later from Wallet (see the Payments and Wallet chapter).

Troubleshooting

  • "Couldn't connect to Stripe": try again.
  • The tile still says Connect my account after you added a bank: Stripe hasn't enabled payouts yet. Finish any remaining Stripe steps.
