Can one login use more than one portal?

Any signed-in user.

Where to find it

The account menu at the top of the side nav (on a phone, open the nav drawer first).

Steps

  1. Open the account menu. It lists Landlord app and Tenant app for everyone, Owner app if the account is also an owner, and the name of every organization the person belongs to.
  2. Pick the portal or organization to work in.

What happens next

Kera opens the home page of the portal you picked. Each portal shows only its own data. For example, a landlord who also rents an apartment can switch to Tenant app to see their own lease and switch back.

Good to know

One person can belong to several organizations and switch between them from the same menu.

Limits

Each email address is one Kera login. Kera can't merge two separate logins into one.
