Where to find it
Side nav → Announcements, the bell, or the announcement email → View in Kera.
Steps
- Unread announcements have a blue dot and bold title.
- Click one to read the full message and any picture.
What happens next
It's marked read and the bell count drops.
Good to know
With none you see "Updates from your property manager". If your manager removed it: "This announcement is no longer available."
Limits
Tenants can't reply to an announcement. Use Inbox to message your manager.
