How do I message my property manager?

Where to find it
Side nav → Inbox, or Message <manager name> on a maintenance request.
Steps
- Click New message (the + button). Your contacts are grouped under Organizations or Landlords (your manager) and Roommates (co-tenants).
- Pick your manager and type your message. Press Enter to send.
What happens next
Your manager sees it in their Inbox and gets a notification. If your manager is a company, the message goes to their shared inbox and may be assigned to a staff member. Replies appear live.
