How do I add photos or videos to an existing request?

Who can do this
Landlord and Organization users with Edit Maintenance Requests; tenants on their own requests.
Where to find it
Maintenance Request → the request → Actions → Add photos/videos (or the Add photos or videos button on an empty Media tab)
Steps
- Select Add photos/videos. The Add photos or videos dialog opens.
- Drag in PNG or JPEG photos, or MP4, MOV or WebM videos. Each file must be 5 MB or smaller, up to 10 files at a time.
- Confirm the upload.
What happens next
The new media appears in the carousel after the existing images. No toast appears.
Troubleshooting
Files over 5 MB are rejected with a message in the dialog. "Couldn't add media" means the upload failed; try again.
